5-Minute On-Site Prep

Shoot Day Preparation Checklist

Follow these 5 quick steps before our London photographer arrives to ensure your 360° virtual tour looks flawless on Google Maps.

Preparation Progress0 of 5 Ready (0%)

1. Turn ON All Interior Lighting

Crucial for Warm Atmosphere

Switch on all chandeliers, accent pendants, counter under-glow, and wall sconces. High-dynamic-range (HDR) 360 photography looks spectacular with warm interior lighting.

2. Align Furniture & Tuck in Chairs

Navigation Flow

Ensure dining tables, barstools, and armchairs are neatly pushed in and aligned with walking aisles. This ensures clear virtual walking paths (nodes) on Google Maps.

3. Clear Surface Clutter & Cleaning Tools

Clean Presentation

Remove cleaning cloths, mop buckets, receipt clutter, delivery boxes, and personal items from view. Keep tabletops clean with standard condiments/menus.

4. Close Private & Restroom Doors

Privacy & Cleanliness

Ensure kitchen service doors, staff-only areas, electrical closets, and restroom doors are firmly closed prior to the photographer starting.

5. Privacy & Facial Blurring

100% GDPR Compliant

You don't need to worry about accidental passersby: all customer faces and vehicle license plates are automatically blurred by Google Street View privacy compliance algorithms.
